We have got the piano note for Passenger’s let her go for you. It is considered as one of the most popular songs of the decade and it has managed to cross a whopping 3 billion views in youtube. The song was released back in 2012 but has still managed to survive in the hearts of music lovers because of the impact it has caused. It is considered as one of the defining songs of Passenger and a lot of his popularity is attributed to this composition alone. Passenger is Mike Rossenberg’s stage name and he himself has composed and penned down the song. Mike has made a name for himself for being the voice of the broken hearted. Most of his songs revolve around the concept of lost love and heartbreak and he proudly states that he indeed composes songs for people who are broken. The song is about realization of the value of something only after losing it. Mike talks of human nature and our tendency to not care about the things that are immediately available to us. We tend to attach value to the things that we have lost and only then we realize what kind of importance they held for us. Mike says that we only know how much we love a person when we decide that we will let them go. That is when our true emotions surface and we get to see things in a clear light.
