Tamma Tamma Again, Tanishk Bagchi recreated piano notes from the film Badrinath Ki Dulhania, which was originally composed by Bappi Lahiri and sung by Bappi Lahiri and Anuradha Paudwal (original track), with rap by Badshah. Indeevar wrote the lyrics. Varun Dawan and Alia Bhatt play the lead roles in this film. Shashank Khaitan is the director of Badrinath Ki Dulhania. Badrinath Ki Dulhania is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta under the Dharma Productions banner. It is a sequel to the 2014 film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, starring Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, and follows the story of an ambitious independent air hostess from rural India who refuses to adhere to the patriarchal demands of her chauvinistic fiancé. In supporting roles, the film also stars Aakanksha Singh, Rituraj Singh, Yash Sinha, Shweta Basu Prasad, Gaurav Pandey, Aparshakti Khurana, Sahil Vaid, and Swanand Kirkire. Badrinath Ki Dulhania was Dhawan and Bhatt’s third collaboration, following Student of the Year (2012) and Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania (2014), both directed and produced by Johar, with the latter marking Khaitan’s directorial debut. It is the second film in the Dulhania series. Principal photography started in May 2016, and the film was shot in Panvel, Singapore, and Kota on a production budget of 270 million, with 120 million spent on promotions, print, and publicity. Arijit Singh was one of the singers who agreed to record songs for the film. Badrinath Ki Dulhania was released theatrically in India on March 10, 2017, coinciding with the Holi weekend. The film was a commercial success, grossing more than $1.90 billion worldwide at the box office. It was nominated for eight Filmfare Awards, including Best Film, Best Director for Khaitan, Best Actor for Dhawan, and Best Actress for Bhatt; it won Best Male Playback Singer for Singh.
