In an interview, producer Mahesh Bhatt said, “With a recipe of great music, cutting-edge visual effects, and a love story that brings back the mystery of Mahal, it will repackage and lift the bar for the horror genre in Bollywood.” Bhatt went on to say that the film has the potential to become a franchise.
